Legislation

Estonian legislative acts are available from the following web sources:

• Electronic State Gazette (Elektrooniline Riigi Teataja, eRT) http://www.riigiteataja.ee. Official site of legal acts, functional since June 1, 2002. Consolidated texts available. Introduction available in 15 languages and interactive user guide in Estonian and in English but the page interface and legal texts are only in Estonian. All web services are available to the public free of charge.
• ESTLEX http://www.estlex.ee. Legal acts database active since 1991. Includes free search and view services as well as more advanced chargeable services. Page interface and legal texts in Estonian, limited availability of translations into Russian.
• Estonian Legal Language Centre (ELLC) under Ministry of Justice http://www.legaltext.ee. ELLC's main activities are translations of Estonian legislation into English, translation of EC legislation into Estonian and managing of a full-text database of legal translations and of a terminology database. All these resources through a web are available to the public free of charge.

The Estonian legal acts which have been translated into English and are related to the land reform and the activities of the Land Board are listed below.
